This is the complete set of patterns only and does not include the fabric to make the quilt.

• What size are the blocks? 14 1/2" square unfinished (14" finished)
• How many blocks are there? 9 plus 3 borders
• What is the finished size of quilt? 42 1/2" square unfinished without borders, 61" square with borders
  
• If I use Sweet rolls how many do I need? 2 (for 9 blocks and log cabin border)
• Waht fabric range was used? Patisserie by Fig Tree Quilts
• If I cant get sweet rolls what should I use? seelction of 40 fabrics x 3" with a combination of dark, medium and light.  These strips can then be cut into 1 1/2" strips
  
• How much weaveline is used? 40" of 90cm weaveline
• If I cant get weaveline what else do you suggest? H630 Pellon
• How much vlisofix do I need? 30" of 18" Vlisofix (76cm x 45cm)
  
• What fabric is used for the stitchery? Good quality cream homespun
• How much fabric is used for the stitchery? 1m
• How much fabric for first border? 30cm (six 1 1/2" strips)
• How much fabric for third border 50cm (six x 2 1/2" strips)
• How much fabric for binding? 50cm (six x 2 1/2" strips)
• How much fabric for bird bodies? 20cm
• How much batting will I need? 2m of 2.4m (94") wide cotton batting
  
• Do I have to blanket stitch applique? No choose the method you are comfortable with but don't forget to add seam allowances for needle turn
• How is the original quilt quilted? Custom quilted with pale pink thread
  
• What embroidery stitches are used? Backstitch, satin stitch, Blanket stitch, Seeding stitch, Running stitch, Straight stitch, Lazy daisy stitch
• What DMC colours are used? 2 x 470, 1 x 680, 2 x 733, 2 x 830, 2 x 3328, 2 x 4120
  
• What techniques are used? Fabric piecing, strip piecing, blanket stitch applique, stitchery
• Do you have to strip piece the 1" squares as the pattern suggests? No you can cut 1 1/2" squares and join them together if you prefer
• How many times can I use the iron on transfers?  several
• I want to draw the stitchery designs not use the iron on transfers? That's ok, each pattern has a design sheet to trace directly if you prefer
